We have been supporting the digital marketing and eCommerce sales of Lyme Bay Winery’s fine English wines, ciders and spirits for over five years. The category has been steadily increasing in recent years, and digital marketing activity is supporting the growth in market share that exists through retail stores. We have helped to build a database of loyal customers through organic and paid search, and building customer data to support a sophisticated email marketing programme.
Lyme Bay Winery produce a range of extremely high quality sparkling and still English wines, from grapes across the south of England from Kent to Devon. The English wine category has been growing, and the Lyme Bay brands have been at the forefront of this movement. Lyme Bay Winery is also responsible for producing a range of Mead, which is also a growth category within the UK, as well as the Jack Rat cider brand. They also create a selection of spirits in their Lugger Rum and Gin ranges.
We have worked together to build an increasing online customer base, through organic and paid search, and social media marketing. We have developed the website to cope with the increased demand, and ensured there is a seamless user experience for the buying journey.
We have created a way to quickly and flexibly build photography using 3D modeling and rendering. We cabn quickly render the images into scenes depending on the creative direction of the campaign or product shot requirements.
Lyme Bay Winery wanted to double its returning customer rate. To assist them, our email marketing specialists devised a strategy incorporating email pop-ups, automation flows, and a sequence of monthly newsletters to support customer retention. We have been working on this email account for just under ten months.
