Paid Media: Acquiring the audience when they're ready to convert

We fully manage PPC and paid social campaigns, targeting full-funnel, conversion-ready traffic. We monitor campaigns daily to track performance and drive the highest quality visitors within each campaign. We optimise specific landing pages to achieve high conversion rates and meet target cost per acquisition (CPA) goals and ROAS targets.

A paid media agency with a difference

Our process is all about delivering on business objectives, not just generating marketing metrics. We get closer to the data and ensure that we can bring the full impact of our paid media, creative and CRO teams to benefit all the factors that affect your ROAS.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you charge?

We don’t have fixed packages, as each client has unique and varied requirements, which means different levels of involvement from our team. We can create ads, or these might be created in-house. We can set up your accounts from scratch or work within existing platforms. We’re always happy to run through our recommendations and scope of work before any commitment is needed.

What paid services do you offer?

We usually sit down with any potential clients to discuss their business goals and what paid media strategy would best help them achieve them. This includes understanding audience personas and which channels would be the most effective way to reach them. We work across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and a number of programmatic platforms. In addition to paid media strategy and ad setup, we can support with creative direction and product of assets, tracking and analytics setup and landing page optimisation. We also provide a campaign dashboard, reporting and testing across all our campaigns.

How do you measure success?

We want to ensure our paid media activity is directly supporting business goals and growth, and doesn’t just focus on marketing metrics. We want to make sure we have a robust system of measuring sales pipeline or revenue generated by our campaigns, focus on transparency and how our actions positively affect your bottom line. Of course, we will use marketing and paid specific metrics to ensure are campaigns are constantly being optimised, but it’s fundament to show positive ROAS, which compares well versus industry benchmarks.

How long does it take to onboard?

There are two main factors that affect this. First, if we need to set up accounts or get payment types verified, the onboarding can be down to platform-specific requirements or gaining access to existing accounts. Secondly, if we need to create ad assets from scratch, this can range depending on the number of channels, creative formats and audiences. In a best-case scenario, we have onboard clients in a week, in the more complex scenarios, it might take a month. Before any commitment to working with Fanatic, we will be able to give you a forecast and timeline to be live with campaigns.

What’s a typical contract like?

We recommend a minimum of 3 months post-go live to ensure we have been able to collect and action insights to get accounts and campaigns performing well. After this point, generally we either commit to another fixed-term period or move to a rolling monthly contract with an agreed notice period.

What countries do you work in?

Although we are UK-based, we successfully run global campaigns across North America, EMEA and Asia.

What sectors do you work in?

We aren’t a sector-specific agency, and the principles of paid media strategy we work by can be applied equally to any sector. Currently, we work for the world’s leading restaurant brands on covers, private events and conferences, but our client base covers everything from hospitality to infrastructure, ecommerce to lead generation, and local to international.

How can paid media help me grow my business?

Depending on your specific goals, paid media can work across the breadth of your marketing or sales funnel to improve brand awareness, generate more website traffic, generate leads or sales, and re-engage with previously engaged audiences. What mix of these would be determined by seasonal and evergreen marketing initiatives, whether we are supporting a new product or service launch, or just exploring audience engagement in a new territory. Paid media is specifically transparent when it comes to investment and results, allowing for agile strategy changes and actionable insights.
