Eastside Rooms


Birmingham’s newest conference, meeting and events venue. Featuring the city’s largest pillar free event space, on-site hotel and even an on-site pub! The new venue, which will draw inspiration from Birmingham’s unique cultural story, is a purpose-built convention venue and hotel, with a central events space, supported by complementary break out rooms, and is available for groups up to 1,000.

Enterprise Wharf


Enterprise Wharf opens in 2021 and adds to the Eastside’s reputation as the city’s Knowledge Quarter. Situated next door to i-Centrum, Enterprise Wharf will be a new centre for Birmingham’s growing digital and technology economy.

One Eastside


One Eastside is set to become Birmingham’s tallest ever building when it is completed in 2023, and the latest in dramatic entrant to the Birmingham skyline. The iconic building will be situated next to the HS2 Curzon Street Station, two minutes from the upcoming HS2 railway line and five minutes from the famous Bullring & Grand Central Station.

The STEAMhouse is another new centre to fuel the knowledge economy in the Eastside of Birmingham.
