The audit sets out and examines the target customers, the proposition representing the services, and also the competitors. We will examine the price point of your services, and the tangible differences between the levels of service or the end deliverable product between you and your competitors. The audit identifies exactly how the different groupings within the target audience would like to be communicated with, and clear space for the brand to be positioned within, helping us to develop a brand which is on the customers’ level, and comes across as different from the competitors.

The audit is carried out by Fanatic, via meetings and interviews from stakeholders across the business, backed up by external research where required.
