Meat Promotion Wales (Hybu Cig Cymru), better known as Welsh Lamb were looking for a partner to devise, implement and produce their web marketing strategy and tools. Despite strong competition from big agencies from London and Wales, HCC chose Fanatic to solve the problem. The brief was particularly tough, but Fanatic's pitch team presented a combination of winning ideas to the board. Work begins in earnest next month, after a great deal of preparation and planning.
Hybu Cig Cymru - Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) is the industry led strategic body for the promotion and development of the Welsh red meat industry. It's mission is to develop profitable and sustainable markets for the benefit of all stakeholders in the supply chain in Wales. HCC represents the interests of the industry as a whole through a programme of activities to add value, inform and raise awareness of Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef. We're very pleased to be working with HCC, and will be designing and programming a range of websites, which deliver their key brand messages of quality, tradition, environment and traceability to both consumers and the Meat Industry on behalf of HCC and the farmers they work with. The sites will be fully editable, allowing HCC to keep the content fresh and accurate.
Content will be produced in both Welsh and English, it will promote and underline the body's strategic aims and will communicate personalised content to the audience groups of stakeholders, viewers and readers such as: Consumers, Farmer levy payers, Abattoirs and other processors, Livestock markets, Retailers, Industry organisations and unions, Influencers (e.g. politicians) and Health and education professionals.
